Medicare Rebates

Medicare rebates are available for people with chronic conditions who are being cared for by an Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) through their GP. Find out from your GP whether you qualify for a care plan.

Private Health Fund Rebate

You may be able to claim a rebate through your health fund, depending on your level of extras cover. It is best to contact your health fund to determine what your rebate will be.
